Trà dưa hấu nha đam – Công thức pha chế
Nguyên liệu:
- 100ml trà lài Hoàng Gia
- 100gram dưa hấu
- 45ml đường nước. (cách làm đường nước: [1kg đường trắng + 600ml nước sôi] xay máy trong 1 phút)
- 8ml nước cốt quất (2 quả quất nhỏ)
- Vỏ 1 quả quất xanh
- 50gram nha đam
- Lá bạc hà.
- Đá bi vừa đủ ly 500ml.
Cách làm
Lấy 70-80gram dưa hấu dầm nát vào bình shake. (Chú ý dầm tay, không được cho vào máy xay sẽ làm đồ uống không đạt chuẩn).
Tiếp theo, rót 100ml trà nhài đã chuẩn bị vào bình.
Đổ 8ml nước cốt quất vào.
Vỏ quất thái sợi 1 quả cho vào bình để lấy dầu quất rất thơm. (Chú ý bỏ hoàn toàn phần hạt trong vỏ để nước không bị đắng)
Rót 45ml đường nước.
Thêm đá bi tới vừa đủ vạch 500ml trên bình shake.
Lắc thật kĩ. Rồi đổ ra cốc đã có sẵn nha đam.
Cut 20gram dưa hấu còn lại theo hình hạt lựu để lên trên cùng của cốc.
Trang trí lá bạc hà.
